स्कूल चले हम - दिमाखदार प्रवेशोत्सव !!!

मुक्काम-पोस्ट गिऱ्हेवाडी - तालुका भोर - जिल्हा पुणे … १६ जूनची प्रसन्न सकाळ… सजवलेली शाळा … वर्गांना शाळेच्याच आवारातील गुलमोहराच्या फुलांची तोरणे …  रेखीव रांगोळ्या … तीच लगबग … तीच गडबड … तीच उत्सुकता … पुन्हा अनुभवत होतो नव्या शैक्षणिक वर्षाची सुरुवात !!! निमित्त होतं गिऱ्हेवाडी आणि कांबरे गावातील जि.प. शाळेतल्या प्रवेशोत्सवाचे - नवागतांच्या स्वागताचे !!!

गेले २-३ वर्ष माहिती तंत्राद्यान क्षेत्रातील आम्ही काही तंत्रज्ञ एकत्र येउन ग्रामीण भागातील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी 'Personal Outreach for Education' च्या  माध्यमातून  'शालेय वह्या वाटप' हा उपक्रम राबवत आहोत. या वर्षी मे महिन्यात भोर जिल्ह्यातील कांबरे आणि गिऱ्हेवाडी येथील जि.प. शाळांची माहिती मिळाली. मुख्याध्यापकांशी चर्चा करून गिऱ्हेवाडी शाळेतील ११ विद्यार्थी तर  कांबरे शाळेतील १२२ विद्यार्थी यांना शालेय वह्या वाटप करण्याचे ठरले. घाऊक बाजारातून खरेदी, वह्यांचे वर्गीकरण, आकर्षक रंगीत कागदात संच बांधणी, दप्तर खरेदी… सगळ्या गोष्टी जुळून आल्या … आणि सोमवारी सकाळी गिऱ्हेवाडी गाव गाठले.

एका छोट्या खोलीतली शाळा …  पहिली ते चौथी एकाच वर्गात (पुलंची आठवण आली !!!) पटसंख्या ११. मुख्याध्यापकांच्या ओळखीनंतर त्यांनी शाळेची, येथे राबवलेल्या विविध योजनांची माहिती दिली. अर्थात शाळेतल्या भिंती आणि खोलीतला कोपरा अन कोपरा याची साक्ष देत होता. सुविचार, पाढ्यांचे तक्ते, समानार्थी- विरुद्धार्थी शब्द, विविध महित्यांचे संच, नकाशे , ऋतुचक्र , मराठी-इंग्रजी कालगणना, इंग्रजी शब्दांचे उच्चार आणि बरंच काही … जणू काही भिंतीवर शैक्षणिक खजिनाच मांडला होता.

प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्याला शालेय वह्यांचा संच आणि दप्तर वाटपाचा कार्यक्रम अगदी 'शालेय' शिस्तीत पार पडला. गावचे सरपंच, गट शिक्षणाधिकारी, गावातील जेष्ठ नागरिक, पालक वर्ग जातीने हजर होते. नवीन दप्तर आणि आकर्षक वेष्टनात गुंडाळलेल्या वह्यांमध्ये लहानगे हरखून गेले. प्रत्येकाच्या चेहेऱ्यावर आनंद-उत्सुकता-हुरहूर साऱ्या भावना एकत्र दाटून आल्या होत्या.  आणि नव्या कोऱ्या वह्यांचा वास अनुभवायला मुले गुंग झाली. शालेय वह्यांसोबतच लहान मुलांना संस्कारक्षम बनवण्यासाठी साने गुरुजींच्या 'श्यामची आई' या पुस्तकाच्या काही प्रती शाळेच्या वाचनालयाला दिल्या. असाच कार्यक्रम कांबरे येथील शाळेतही पार पडला.

खरंतर आपल्या शैक्षणिक प्रगतीमध्ये अनेकांचा वाटा असतो. आई वडील, नातेवाईक, शिक्षक…  बरेचसे ओळखीचे … आणि कित्येक अनामिक !!! या साऱ्यांचे ऋण असतात आपल्यावर. अर्थात आम्हाला या ऋणातच राहणे आवडेल. पण आमच्याकडून हा खारीचा वाटा. खरंच सांगतो, तो एक तास एक अनामिक समाधान देऊन गेला. मुलांच्या चेहऱ्यावरील ती निरागसता …  मोठी मोठी स्वप्न…त्यांचा आत्मविश्वास …  सारंच चकित करणारं …मुलांच्या चेहऱ्यावरील समाधान आमच्या मनात साठवून या वर्षीची शैक्षणिक वारी पूर्ण झाली. आता वाट बघतोय पुढच्या जून महिन्याची… पुढच्या वर्षाच्या प्रवेशोत्सावाची !!!

सुलेखनकार !!!

शाळेच्या प्रगतीबाबत मुख्याध्यापक अभिमानाने म्हणाले ,'' आमच्या शाळेतले सर्व विद्यार्थी दोन्ही हातांनी उत्तम रीतीने लिहितात. अक्षर अगदी मोत्याचे दाणे! ". शाळेत असलेली लिखाणाचा सराव करणारी विविध साधने त्यांच्या म्हणण्याला दुजोरा देत होती.  उजव्या आणि डाव्या हाताने सुवाच्य लिहिणारे विद्यार्थी पाहिल्यावर आपण स्तिमित होतो. भविष्यात यातला एखादा विद्यार्थी सुलेखनकार झाल्यास आश्चर्य वाटायला नको. 

'नावा'मध्ये काय आहे !!!

प्रख्यात नाटककार शेक्स्पिअरने लिहून ठेवलंय 'नावात काय आहे.' !!!  महाराष्ट्रातील अठ्ठेचाळीस मतदार संघातील विजयी उमेदवारांच्या नावातील गम्मत शोधण्याचा केलेला हा प्रयत्न !!!

७ पैकी ३ संजय आणि ५ पैकी ३ अशोक लोकसभेत  !!!

महाराष्ट्रातील ४८ मतदारसंघातील विजयी उमेदवारांवर नजर टाकल्यास लक्षात येतं की यावेळी महाराष्ट्राने  ३ संजय आणि ३ अशोक लोकसभेत पाठवले तर ४ संजय आणि २ अशोक यांना घरची वाट दाखवली. विदर्भातील महत्त्वाच्या अकोला मतदारसंघातून शिवसेनेचे विद्यमान खासदार संजय धोत्रे आपली विनिंग स्ट्रीक कायम ठेवली. काँग्रेसचा गेल्या ६० वर्षांचा सांगली या बालेकिल्ल्यातून भाजपचे संजय पाटील यांनी ऐतिहासिक  विजय संपादन केला तर परभणीतून युतीच्या संजय जाधव यांनी विजय भांबळे यांना धूळ चारली.

अगदी अंतिम टप्प्यात उमेदवारी मिळालेले अशोक चव्हाणांवर नांदेडमधला काँग्रेसचा गड राखण्याची महत्त्वपूर्ण जबाबदारी होती.  काँग्रेसचा संपूर्ण सफाया होत असतानाही त्यांनी नांदेडची जागा राखली. गडचिरोली-चिमूर मतदारसंघातून अशोक नेते यांनी आघाडीच्या नामदेव उसंडी  यांचा पराभव केला तर जळगावात लढतीत युतीचे अशोक पाटील विजयी झाले.

महाराष्ट्रातल्या तीन मतदारसंघात पाटील विरुध्द पाटील अशा लढती रंगल्या. कधीही काँग्रेसने न गमावलेल्या सांगली मतदारसंघात काँग्रेसचे प्रतिक पाटील यांना युतीच्या  संजय पाटील यांनी धक्का दिला तर संवेदनशील अशा भिवंडीमध्ये आघाडीचे विश्वनाथ पाटील यांना युतीच्या कपिल पाटील यांनी घरचा रस्ता दाखवला. भाजपचा गड असलेल्या जळगाव मतदारसंघात युतीच्या अशोक पाटील यांनी आघाडीच्या सतीश पाटील यांना पावणेचार लाख मतांनी मात दिली. 

सिनिअर गावित विरुद्ध ज्युनिअर गावित, संजीव विरुद्ध संजीव

सलग दहाव्यांदा लोकसभेवर निवडून जाऊन विक्रम करण्याच्या प्रयत्नात असलेल्या माणिकराव गावित यांना वयाने निम्म्याहून कमी असलेल्या युवा उमेदवार हीना गावित यांनी अनपेक्षितरीत्या पराभूत केले तर ठाण्यातील जनतेने दोन्ही संजीव अर्थात राष्ट्रवादीचे संजीव नाईक आणि 'आप'चे संजीव साने दोघांनाही घरी बसवले.

कोल्हापूरचे महाभारत, मावळचे रामायण आणि मुंबईतले शिवपुराण !!!

कोल्हापुरात महाभारतातल्या 'अर्जुन' उर्फ धनजंय महाडिक यांनी धृतराष्ट्राचे सचिव 'संजय' अर्थात संजय मंडलिक यांचा पराभव करून मंडलिक साम्राज्याला धक्का दिला. रामायणात लंकाधिपती रावणाला संपवण्यासाठी प्रभू श्रीरामांच्या साथीत बंधू लक्ष्मण आणि मारुती खांद्याला खांदा लावून लढले होते. मावळच्या रामायणात मात्र एकमेकांच्या विरोधात लढलेल्या 'लक्ष्मण' जगताप आणि  'आप'च्या  'मारुती' भापकर यांना मोदी लाटेवर स्वार झालेल्या श्रीरंग बारणे यांनी धूळ चारली. तर  वायव्य मुंबईत तर शंकर आणि गणपती अशा पिता पुत्रात अर्थात शिवसेनेचे गजानन किर्तीकर आणि मनसेचे महेश मांजरेकर यांच्यातल्या लढतीत मुलगाच सवाई ठरला.

महाराष्ट्रात सर्वात धक्कादायक समजल्या जाणाऱ्या निकालांपैकी एक असलेल्या सोलापूर मतदारसंघात गृहमंत्री सुशीलकुमार शिंदे यांना त्यांचे राजकीय गुरु असलेल्या शरद पवार यांचे नामसाधर्म्य असलेल्या शरद बनसोड यांनी अनपेक्षित मात दिली तर भंडारा-गोंदिया मतदारसंघात माजी केंद्रीय मंत्री प्रफुल्ल पटेल यांचा युतीच्या नाना पटोले यांनी सव्वा लाख मतांनी पराभव केला.
